i really enjoyed the awesome breakfast buffet. the variety was excellent and the quality was great! also, the location is convenient for getting around, i easily accessed downtown using taxis.
the room felt a bit dusty when i arrived. the furniture looked old and the carpet seemed worn, but i got used to it, i guess. it was still ok.

the location is prime and close to downtown areas. the room was spacious and clean. the breakfast buffet offered great choices. the hotel also has three restaurants on site.
i noticed a musty odor upon arrival. the air conditioning had to run constantly to reduce the smell. the furniture appears a bit dated.

The executive lounge disappointed me. the chef clearly struggles with food presentation and seasoning, because everything tasted the same and very dry. bread and coffee were also big letdowns. i noticed an in-house bakery but they wouldn't send bread to the 19th floor. eggs were precooked. It was a huge disappointment.

just okay, i guess

the gym access was included, so that was acceptable.
they were slow, and always crowded, and one day, one was even out of service. also, the breakfast buffet was mediocre at best. the eggs were always overcooked, and the pastries tasted stale.

The location was good, with easy access to nearby attractions. My room was clean and well kept. I especially enjoyed the breakfast, it featured both buffet items and made-to-order options, there was poached eggs with truffle. I had quick and efficient service from Mr Clovis. He ensured my orders were taken quickly.

The location is superb. It is super easy to get to the mall and other major spots. the staff was helpful. they made everything smoother. i had a great experience with dune bashing, it was an amazing adventure. we loved the pool. but the view was amazing!
The standard rooms were smaller than i expected. This was a bummer. i upgraded because of it. this added an unexpected cost. i think they could improve the initial room sizes.
