decent hotel in good location
breakfast buffet great quality dusty room worn carpet
i really enjoyed the awesome breakfast buffet. the variety was excellent and the quality was great! also, the location is convenient for getting around, i easily accessed downtown using taxis.
the room felt a bit dusty when i arrived. the furniture was old and the carpet seemed worn, but i got used to it, i guess. it was still ok.

great choices spacious room
the location is prime and close to downtown areas. the room was spacious and clean. the breakfast buffet offered great choices. the hotel also has three restaurants on site.
i noticed a musty odor upon arrival. the air conditioning had to run constantly to reduce the smell. the furniture appears a bit dated.

poor seasoning precooked eggs
The executive lounge disappointed me. the chef clearly struggles with food presentation and seasoning, because everything tasted the same and very dry. bread and coffee were also big letdowns. i noticed an in-house bakery but they wouldn't send bread to the 19th floor. eggs were precooked. It was a huge disappointment.

just okay, i guess
slow elevator mediocre breakfast
the gym access was included, so that was acceptable.
the elevators were a nightmare. they were slow, and always crowded, and one day, one was even out of service. also, the breakfast buffet was mediocre at best. the eggs were always overcooked, and the pastries tasted stale.

Solid Stay with Nice Breakfast
clean room excellent breakfast efficient service
The location was good, with easy access to nearby attractions. My room was clean and well kept. I especially enjoyed the breakfast, it featured both buffet items and made-to-order options, there was poached eggs with truffle. I had quick and efficient service from Mr Clovis. He ensured my orders were taken quickly.

totally awesome stay!
central location helpful staff dune bashing
The location is superb. It is super easy to get to the mall and other major spots. the staff was helpful. they made everything smoother. i had a great experience with dune bashing, it was an amazing adventure. we loved the pool. but the view was amazing!
The standard rooms were smaller than i expected. This was a bummer. i upgraded because of it. this added an unexpected cost. i think they could improve the initial room sizes.

the staff was very kind especially the duty manager during my check out. the duty manager was very kind. also, the pool bar manager was helpful and friendly, answering all our questions and fulfilling all our requests.
